Why You need final handover inspection?

Going into your new home,isn’t it exciting?
But do you know if your house compiles ( you have signed with builders ) ? Are you getting everything you paid for?

If not sure you need a handover inspection, we will save you to follow builder for maintenance work or going to court against them by detecting faults and poor workmanship before hand. I am building with a reputed builder, Why should i consult?
